Overview

The exhibitor fair at the Farm to Institution Summit will be a hub of activity. This is a great opportunity to promote your products and services, build awareness around your mission, strengthen relationships, and meet new customers and collaborators. 

The main exhibition area will be located in a high-traffic area in and around the central hall with coffee, tea, and refreshments available during breaks. An open outdoor exhibit area immediately adjacent to the meeting space is also available for large equipment or vehicles. 

Companies and organizations who are attending the F2ISummit but not sponsoring it may purchase booth space for the purposes of exhibiting. 

REGULAR RATE: $250

NONPROFITS & SMALL FARMS: $150

As of February 22, the exhibitor fair is sold out! Note that all sponsors receive complimentary booth space (optional).

Timing

Exhibitors are asked to set up booths as early as Wednesday at 12:00 noon and no later than 8:00 am Thursday. Booths may be disassembled after 4:00pm Friday.

All sponsor exhibitors receive:                  

  • One six foot table
  • Tablecloth                                        
  • Two chairs                                                
  • Free wi-fi access                                             
  • Electricity (available by request)
  • Organization listing in the printed program

Cancellations

All cancellations for the exhibitor fair must be in writing. The following refund schedule applies:

  • For cancellations on or prior to March 1, 2016, exhibit fees will be returned with the exception of a $100 administration fee.
  • No portion of the original exhibit fee will be refunded after March 1, 2015.

Shipping Table Displays

If you need to ship your table display, please arrange to have the package(s) arrive on Tuesday, April 4th at the earliest. Packages arriving earlier may be refused due to limited storage capacity at the venue. Please address as follows:

Packages can be retrieved at the front desk. You must arrange for return shipment, and may use the front desk as the pick-up location.

Registration

All exhibitors and representatives associated with fair booths are required to register for the conference. Check back soon for registration information!
