Using the VIP Admin Center

Edit your content

  1. Access the VIP Admin Center. Login to CrowdCompass using the invitation that was sent to your email. Once you update your account, you’ll automatically be brought to the VIP Admin Center.

  2. Edit your heart out.

    • The VIP Admin Center displays a list of all of the speakers and organizations whose profiles you have permission to modify. Just click Edit next to your desired page and use the text fields to add or edit as you see fit.

    • Towards the bottom of the page, under the Assets header, you can upload images and documents to help flesh out your page even more.

    • Don’t forget to click Update once you’ve finished.

Create a poll for your session

  1. Access the VIP Admin Center. Login to CrowdCompass using the invitation that was sent to your email. You’ll automatically be brought to the VIP Admin Center.  

  2. Create a Live Poll.

    • Click Edit next to a speaker, then, under Speaker Settings on the left, click Polling. Click New Live Poll next to the relevant session.

    • Give it a name and click Create. Add your question. Select a question type, enter text, and, if necessary, upload any images. You can adjust the theme and colors in the Styles tab.

    • When you’ve finished, click Return to VIP Admin Center, then Activate Live Poll. Enter the date and time your poll will stop taking responses, then click Activate Live Poll once more.

  3. Display your results. Click Live Poll Results next to your poll’s name, then click the link marked “View results in your browser.”
