Do you need financial assistance? 


Please read the following information before you purchase your ticket:

WEDNESDAY: If you are attending the pre-conference on Wednesday, please choose only one short course or field trip per person. Note - each short course and field trip has a minimum and maximum number of participants. Once registration meets the maximum, registration will be closed. If the minimum is not reached by March 3rd, we will cancel the course or trip and provide full refunds to those who had signed up

REFUNDS: Our general policy is that all sales are final. However, we understand that life sometimes presents unpredictable scheduling challenges. We will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. All requests must be submitted through EventbriteNo refunds will be offered after February 28th.

FEES: You will notice as you go through registration that each ticket has associated fees. We have done our best to keep registration costs as low as possible and minimize these fees. We thank you for understanding that these additional charges are the cost of doing business with credit card companies and registration services.

FAQs

Does registration include meals?

Yes, registration includes light breakfast and full lunch for Thursday, April 6th and Friday, April 7th. The special local food dinner on Thursday, April 6th costs $40 extra and is optional. No meals will be served on Wednesday, April 5th aside from a reception with light hor d'oeuvres at 5 pm.
